Owner and Chef | Ronnie’s Kitchen + Cocktails
Ronnie Muñoz has been cooking professionally since 2013 under various renowned Chefs all over Los Angeles. His focus has been in upscale and fine dining; gathering most of his experience from learning classically in European style kitchens such as “Craft” by Tom Colicchio and “Paley” by Greg Bernhardt. As a Chef he has operated kitchens under 50 Eggs Hospitality group, “Testa” with Sydney C. Hunter III, “Neuehouse” with Timothy Ralphs, and “Craft” by Tom Colicchio.
In 2019, he launched “Ronnie’s Kickin” as after work project while running the $20M Neuehouse. Since then, he has taken his concept from pop up to catering kitchen and, eventually, into a food truck. Over the past three years, he’s received press from Eater, LA Times, CBS, KROQ & Yahoo.

At Ronnie’s Kitchen, all-American comfort food gets the gourmet treatment.
Ronnie’s Kitchen + Cocktails is the neighborhood’s new all-American comfort food hangout, a bricks-and-mortar Hollywood restaurant in the former Delancey space, at 5936 W Sunset Blvd.
The everyday New American gastropub’s menu includes the chef’s cult-favorite Kickin’ spicy fried chicken, as well as a slate of gourmet chain restaurant classics, like a deep-fried, cheekily named “flowering” onion and skillet cookie topped with ice cream. Ronnie’s Kitchen + Cocktails Menu ➔
The full service Ronnie’s Kitchen will host diners with 80 indoor seats, a 20-foot bar with 10 TVs intended for game days and a small outdoor patio. Our kitchen is open daily from 11am to 10pm with cocktails available until 12am.
